Having over twenty years in design and drafting in both Architectural and Structural disciplines, I have gained the "know how" and experience in the various types of construction, whether its wood, concrete or steel. I've spent the bulk of my career in the Structural arena generating plans, sections and details for for a wide variety of commercial and residential structures. I've also spent some years as a Designer, developing architectural floor plans for many residences.

My fees are very competitive and hiring me will always be cheaper than hiring a full service Architectural firm. I'm very flexible and open to conducting business however you see fit. With the advancement of technology today, I can work completely remotely via email and phone calls, and schedule meetings  as required or requested.
